The Miami office is at 9117 SW 87th Ave in Kendall, and the North Providence office is at 1764 Mineral Spring Ave, a short drive from Providence. Both offices offer services in English and Spanish, and weight loss and hormone therapy are priced the same at each. Invisa-Red body contouring is available only at the Miami office, and fillers and microneedling are offered at both.

Visits are by appointment and walk-ins are not taken, but callers can ask the office to try to fit them in the same day. Patients can also book online by choosing an office, without signing in, and existing patients can sign in to a secure portal to see their account and appointment options. A first weight loss visit includes a health review, weigh-in, body fat measurement and goal setting, and eligible patients can sometimes start treatment that day. Follow-ups are weekly or monthly, and patients in Florida or Rhode Island can complete them virtually. A first Miami visit asks patients to bring photo ID, a list of medicines and supplements, and labs from the past 6 months.

Payment plans are available through Cherry, CareCredit and Klarna, and the office can explain the Klarna option. Lab work can be billed to insurance or paid in cash, with cash results typically returning in about 48 to 72 hours. Packages and promotions are listed in the Rejuvenation Bar app, and memberships, rewards and treatment packages are also offered through the practice's RepeatMD page.

Evaluation and any needed testing come before a prescription is written, and the plan is shaped around each patient's needs.
