The practice was founded by Dr. Eileen Rivera Jimenez, who leads care at both locations, with the aim of giving patients more time to talk. Every treatment begins with a consultation about goals, health history and the options available. Hormone care starts with a consultation and labs before a plan is built, and hormone care includes ongoing evaluation, review and monitoring with follow-up visits as part of the plan. Visits are by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted, though patients who call or text either office can ask to be fit in the same day, which is not guaranteed. Medical weight management is built on semaglutide or tirzepatide. A clinician prescribes either one following a supervised medical consultation that addresses goals, body measurements, medication choices and follow-up planning.
