Appointments open with a conversation about each client's facial features, aims, worries and daily routine, and the plan is shaped from that discussion. Several set combinations are offered, including neurotoxin paired with filler and a biostimulator, Sculptra paired with laser, and neurotoxin paired with filler. Some procedures call for a review of medical background and a signed consent document before they begin.

The injectable menu covers neurotoxins to soften expression lines, including Lip Flip and Neck Botox for platysmal bands, as well as dermal fillers for volume and facial contours, lip enhancement with filler, and Sculptra, a biostimulatory injectable that encourages collagen production. The laser menu includes diode laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, erbium laser skin resurfacing, laser acne and scar treatments, laser vein treatments, skin tag removal, laser tattoo removal, which is usually done over a series of sessions, and permanent makeup removal.

Wellness services include medical weight loss, an individualized plan under medical direction that can involve GLP-1 medications such as Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, together with diet advice, lab work and monitoring. Vitamin therapy provides injections among them B12, Lipo Mino Mix C, Glutathione, Vitamin D and Tri-Immune, and IV hydration is customized to each client's goals. Peptide therapy is delivered with individualized plans and continued oversight. Jo Gonzalez, a holistic practitioner who runs Aligned by Jo, leads Energy Alignment sessions built on chakra balancing, Reiki and sound therapy.

Membership plans give member pricing on eligible aesthetic and wellness treatments, along with a monthly vitamin shot or other perks depending on the tier. Payment can be made through Cherry pay-over-time plans, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and are asked to silence their phones on arrival. The facility is smoke-free.
