New clients need a consultation before their first appointment. The consultation runs about 30 minutes, starts at $40, and is a chance to talk through hair goals. Consultations are also required in advance for platinum lightening, color correction, creative color and new extension installs.

The menu covers a wide range of work. Haircuts are priced by length, from bang and neck trims through short, medium, long and extra long cuts, plus a transformation cut and a silent cut with a brief consultation. Color options include all-over color, color retouches, toners for pre-lightened blonde, and foil or hand-painted balayage in mini, partial and full sizes. Bleach retouches, Brazilian blowouts, blowouts, iron styling and updos are also offered. Extension services include new installs, move-ups of existing extensions, and removal with a shampoo and blowout.

Booking comes with a few rules. Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice carries a fee of 50% of the appointment, and cancelling with less than 24 hours notice carries a fee of 100%. Future appointments cannot be booked until a cancellation fee is paid, and a no-show also blocks new bookings. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.

Consultations come before the appointment for new clients and for the more involved color and extension work, so the plan is set in advance.
