Hair color is the largest part of the menu, from gloss and root retouches to balayage, full and partial highlights, dimensional blonding, gray blending and color correction. Color correction is priced at $150 per hour, and most corrections are said to take four to eight hours. Haircuts, blowouts, keratin silk press, perms, deep conditioning and scalp or shine add-ons round out the hair services, and extensions are offered as V-Light, hand-tied and K-tip installs.

Before a first color or extension visit, guests book a consultation to talk through goals and plan the work. Many services take a deposit at booking, and the amount varies by service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 72 hours' notice, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service price plus a 3.5% card processing fee. The salon is open Monday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Friday and Sunday.
