Stylists here are paid salaries rather than commission, so they earn nothing extra from selling services or products. Every team member holds a skill certification from the Omagi Training Program and also follows Aveda training standards. The salon arranges ongoing education for its staff through nationally recognized programs and artists. Clients who book with a stylist still training under a senior stylist can receive services at half price.

Hair care covers cutting and styling, treatments and texture, and color, including highlights, balayage, perms, and smoothing services such as Express Keratin and Brazilian Blowout. Hair prices are starting points that depend on experience level, hair density, length, extent of design and products needed. Facials range from Aveda treatments and specialty facials to Ultraceutical facials and add-ons. Makeup artistry, lash and brow services, and waxing round out the menu.

New guests receive a $20 gift, and last-minute openings are discounted. Guests booking a color service online are asked to call so the team can talk through the right option, and the same applies to long, thick or very large haircuts, major changes, and a first cut with an artist. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; same-day cancellations, no-shows and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be charged 50 percent. A credit card must be saved before booking. Returns and exchanges are accepted only on Aveda haircare and skin care products.

Team members often help one another during a visit, so a guest may see two or three people in one appointment. Guests are also free to book with someone other than their usual stylist.

The salon aims for an upscale yet relaxing setting, as it describes its own mission.
