The menu covers new full sets, fills and refills, and lash removal with a lash bath. Extension styles include classic, hybrid, light volume, volume, mega volume, wet set and a signature wispy style, and most sets can be done on brown lashes at a higher price. Fills can be booked from one to four weeks after a set. Refills need roughly 40% or more of the extensions still in place; after three to four refills a removal and new full set are required, and after about seven months of continuous wear clients take a one- to two-month break. Foreign fills are available for extensions applied by another artist or salon, priced after an evaluation.

The studio also teaches lash artistry. Training includes classic, volume, and combined classic and volume courses, held on Saturdays and Sundays, with hands-on education, technique support and business guidance. Life and Business Mentorship options are offered as well. The site describes its lash certification class as the number one such class, which is the studio's own claim.

Booking is done online through the website. New clients pay a $30 non-refundable deposit within two hours of booking, paid through Cash App, and the deposit goes toward the final total. Card payments carry a 5% processing fee, which cash avoids. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late arrivals may carry a fee. Corrections are offered only for verified workmanship concerns reported within 48 hours. Service animals are welcome, but children and extra guests need advance approval and other pets are not allowed. The homepage shows a 5.0 rating from more than 160 verified Google reviews.

Each set is planned around the client's eye shape, natural lashes, daily life and the look they want.
