The studio describes its approach as holistic and non-invasive. Custom facials start with a consultation, followed by cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a treatment mask, face and shoulder massage and finishing products. The 60-minute custom facial is planned at about 90 minutes including the consultation, and the 90-minute version runs up to two hours. A signature first-visit facial pairs a skin consultation with a full customized facial.

Nano Infusion is a needle-free treatment that the business says helps active ingredients penetrate up to 97% more effectively. The site recommends a series of 4 to 6 sessions spaced one to two weeks apart, followed by 2 to 4 sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. It is not performed on active acne, cold sores or open wounds, and clients should wait two weeks after waxing or retinoid use.
