It prices every service hourly rather than by gender, and states that its prices are all-inclusive, with a 20% gratuity for the artist included. Before a first appointment, new clients for color, curly cuts, vivid color, blonding and Hairprint need a consultation. The salon does not double book. Clients have no parking lot, but metered spaces are available along 11th Avenue and Acoma, payable through the city's Pay by Phone app. Building owners may tow vehicles parked in the lot next to the salon or in The Metlo lot, at the driver's expense.

The salon offers discounted or free services to models for practice and content. Models join a waitlist, and joining does not guarantee a spot.
