New clients and anyone booking color, chemical services, locs or the natural hair package need a consultation first. A consultation includes a hair health check with test strands and an allergy check, a plan for the service, guidance on care before and after the visit, and price quotes. It takes 15 minutes and costs $16, with a $15 deposit for color consultations. The fee can be waived when it is booked with a haircut, and a virtual option exists for those who cannot come in, though in-person visits are preferred.

The menu covers a wide range: hand-painted balayage and partial balayage, foil and foilayage, color melt, double process, toner, vivid color makeovers and color correction.
