The booking page says house calls are available. The business is open Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 2:30 PM, Friday and Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Appointment lengths vary a good deal: an eyebrow tint takes about 30 minutes, a color touch-up about 125 minutes, and Fulani braids 305 minutes or more, so clients may want to plan their visit around the service.

Payment and booking terms are as follows. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered on bookings from $50 to $4,000, but the client must be approved before the appointment. Hair color services require a $15.00 deposit. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice carry no fee. Cancellations with less notice carry a fee of 10% of the scheduled service total, and clients who miss an appointment without notice are charged 25% of the total. Either fee must be paid before future appointments can be booked. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to the appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or canceled, and the cancellation fee may still apply.
