A suite lease includes utilities, 24/7 suite access with private entry, the booking software, laundry facilities, the shared break room with coffee and tea, cleaning of common areas, and the business coaching program. Tenants share common areas and onsite parking, which is reached from East Main Avenue. Onboarding asks for a license, insurance, ID, a selfie and a card authorization. A current cosmetology license must be posted and visible in the Founder's Suite. Overnight stays are not allowed. Card payments are processed by Stripe rather than passing through the company's own servers.
