The Nails Lounge is a nail spa in Schertz, set up for both regular nail care and longer spa visits. Its menu is grouped into manicures, pedicures, nail care (including acrylic, gel, shellac, dipping and ombre sets), a la carte add-ons, waxing and threading, spa facials, and eyelash extensions.

Pedicures are the centre of the menu. Options range from a classic pedicure, which includes a foot mask, hot towel, massage and polish, to specialty treatments such as a hot stone pedicure with warm stones and hemp oil, an organic Hawaiian pedicure with sea salt, sea butter and paraffin, and a Collagen Boost pedicure using collagen with olive and argan oil moisturizers. The VIP specialty pedicures include seasonal options with pumpkin or honey cinnamon scrubs and soaks, and the Volcano Eruption pedicure, which comes in six scents: honey pearl, green tea, citrus, romance, lavender and orange. A CBD-infused volcano version uses a spearmint-scented CBD soak and massage lotion and comes with a disposable kit and sanitizing wipe. The top-tier Lounge Pedi uses the Ceremony of Gold spa system.

Guests can have a complimentary drink during a pedicure, with up to two glasses per person. The drink list includes soft drinks, water, white zinfandel, merlot and chardonnay, and photo ID is required for alcoholic drinks.

The salon hosts special occasions, including birthday parties, bridal parties and corporate spa days. It also runs a children's service for clients under 11, with regular color for hands or toes, spa manicures, color gel and spa pedicures. The salon says its staff is highly trained and that it follows hygienic procedures with sterilized tools.

Spa services include European, acne and 24K gold facials, and a 30-minute back scrub treatment. Appointments are recommended for spa services and eyelash extensions, and walk-ins are taken when available. Clients using anti-aging cream or skin peel products may be refused waxing and should tell the front desk.

The salon describes its goal as a hygienic, pampering nail spa experience, with staff it says are highly trained and tools it says are sterilized.
