The salon works on one client at a time and gives each client their full appointment time in the chair. When clients miss an appointment, the salon offers flexible rescheduling. The business is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and its Chamber Hyper Committee.
Hair services include cuts for children, men and adults, color, highlights, perms, sets, updos and styling for special occasions. Extensions are made with human hair that can be curled or straightened, and come in a temporary halo style or a permanent dream catcher style. The nail menu covers manicures, pedicures, shellac, fills, full sets and sculptured nails. Waxing, a facial, massage and makeup for special occasions or everyday wear round out the menu.
The salon focuses on giving each client undivided time in the chair rather than moving through clients quickly.
The salon describes its shop as very clean, and the furniture is rearranged every three to four months.
