The salon organizes its menu into four groups: locs, natural loose hair styling, add-on services and weaves. Routine loc work such as trims, repairs and take-downs has lower starting prices, while longer installs such as insta locs and invisible locs are priced higher and take most of a day.

Booking has a few firm rules. Appointments need to be confirmed, and missing the rules can end an appointment and forfeit the deposit. Phone bookings and bookings on off days carry a $50 surcharge. The Tuesday special can only be booked on the first and last Tuesday of the month, and appointments booked for the wrong day are not kept. Loc extensions and starter insta locs are quoted after a consultation, which can be done in person or by FaceTime.

During a visit, only the client being serviced may come inside, so extra guests and children who are not being served are not allowed, and space is limited. There is no waiting area. The salon lists parking, accessibility for people with disabilities, a child-friendly space and Wi-Fi, and says it disinfects all surfaces between clients and provides a place to wash hands.
