Every new client begins with a consultation, which can take place virtually or in person and costs $30. The consultation must be completed before any services are booked. For several services, the consultation is also where the method is settled, such as which technique will be used to start locs or how a micro loc installation will be done.

The menu ranges from straightforward maintenance and washing to fuller starts and installations. Traditional loc starts use coils, while the two-strand twist method uses regular retwists. Instant locs are offered in a short version, and shoulder-length microlocs are started on a patterned grid with very small sections, with the final price depending on length and thickness. Loc extensions can be installed, but the extension hair itself is not included and must be bought separately. Custom crochet styles use synthetic or human hair secured onto a braided base.

Each client starts with a consultation so that the method and price can be matched to their locs before work begins.
