Booking and policy details: online bookings accept major debit and credit cards, and in person cash, card or Afterpay can be used for balances; cash tips are preferred and payments are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead, by email only. A deposit carries over to a new date for up to two reschedules, and a third requires a new booking and deposit. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice, or arriving 10 minutes or more late, incurs a $100 late-cancellation fee. Clients who are late without contacting the salon are treated as no-shows, and no-call no-show clients cannot book future appointments. The youngest client served is 18, and clients should arrive with hair down, free of previous styles and extreme tangles.
