On the hair side, services include haircuts and styling, blowouts, hair color, Foiled Up, Mini color services, keratin treatments, deep conditioning and bonding treatments, HaloCouture extensions, the Hair Signature Experience, and the Sunday Transformational Experience. Color is measured with Salon Scale so guests pay only for the product they use. Chemical services are priced separately for parts and labor, and most color services with processing time and extras take three to four hours. Extensions begin with a consultation to plan the match, order hair and review financing options, and financing is offered.

On the aesthetics side, the menu covers toxins, dermal fillers, lip fillers, fibroblast skin tightening, which is a non-invasive plasma treatment for the face, neck and stretch marks, and fat dissolving, a non-surgical injection treatment for areas such as the chin, abdomen, thighs and flanks. Double chin treatment uses injectable fat-dissolving treatment beneath the chin. Lipo B injections contain B vitamins and lipotropic compounds, and vitamin injections deliver vitamins such as B12.

Weight loss programs include semaglutide and tirzepatide. The website describes semaglutide as an FDA-approved injectable. Each program is physician-monitored and includes a weight loss consultation and bloodwork before treatment begins, followed by ongoing check-ins, progress monitoring, and nutrition and lifestyle tips.

Visits begin with a consultation where the team asks about each guest's concerns and goals. Before the appointment, guests receive a welcome message with details and pre-visit forms, and are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, when first-time guests are offered a tour. During the visit guests can choose a drink, which includes bottled water, coffee, sodas, hot tea, mimosas or wine. After the visit a follow-up email arrives and in-salon follow-up is available, and the team teaches guests how to recreate their look and care for services at home. The salon does not quote exact prices over the phone, only starting points, and gives a service quote after each consultation. Pricing is based on each team member's demand, education and experience.

The salon also takes its services to events, offering Botox and bubbly parties, office lunch parties with injectables and IV therapy, and team hydration events for businesses. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, late cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged 100%. Frequent last-minute changes may require a deposit, and guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule with the full fee applying. Fees may be waived in genuine emergencies through the Guest Services Manager.
