Color, blonding and haircut visits begin with a one-on-one consultation about hair history, lifestyle and goals, and color services are customized to each client rather than standardized. Color appointments include a blowout and a stylist-led home care and maintenance plan before leaving, and clients are shown how to look after their hair between visits. Haircuts include a consultation, a relaxing shampoo and a blow-dry, with styling tips and product recommendations given before clients leave. A free custom hair care plan is also offered, and retail hair care products are sold in the salon.

Extension services all begin with a required in-salon consultation, and pricing is set during that visit based on hair type, length, volume and method. The salon offers hand-tied weft and tape-in extensions, carries a private-label line of human hair extensions along with select Covet & Mane and Bellami options, and says its extensions are applied by certified specialists and look natural. Move-up appointments are recommended every 6 to 8 weeks.

The salon states that all hair types, genders and styles are welcome. Haircuts are offered for women, men and gender-neutral clients, including gender-affirming haircuts.

Walk-ins are accepted when the schedule has room, but booking ahead is advised, particularly for color and extension appointments. Cancellations and reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice; a later cancellation incurs a fee of 50% of the scheduled total. A missed appointment with no notice is charged a 100% no-show fee to the card on file. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or moved, depending on the stylist's availability. A $40 consultation fee applies, and it is credited toward any appointment booked during that consultation. Color services carry a product fee customized to each visit, calculated from the precise quantity of color applied. Hours are 9 AM to 5 PM on Mondays, 9 AM to 7 PM from Tuesday through Thursday, and 9 AM to 5 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Parking is validated at the 24 Waterway Garage on Fountains Plaza, close to Bar Louie. The salon sits across from Cienmark.
