Guests can enter through the main entrance near the large fountain and head up to the second floor.

Tatyana McMichael owns the salon and works as its cut and color specialist. The salon describes its appointments as relaxing and unrushed. Clients are offered coffee, tea, bottled water and wine during their visit.

The service menu is grouped into Blonding, Color, Style, Haircuts, Treatments and Extensions. Blonding covers highlights, lowlights, balayage and ombre, Air Touch, and face-framing highlights, with pricing that varies by how much hair is involved and whether a cut or toner is added. Color includes all-over color, root touch-ups, toners and glosses, and shadow roots. Haircuts range from kids' and men's cuts to women's cuts and gloss-and-cut services.

Treatments include smoothing options such as keratin and Brazilian Blowout, as well as Olaplex, B3, Malibu Crystal Gel, Milbon and deep conditioning. Extensions are offered in tape-in, beaded weft and sew-in methods, with removal, retaping and bead move-up services. Healthy hair is stated as the first priority in every appointment.

New clients are asked to text or call before booking and share photos of their hair along with details of any previous chemical services. A valid credit card is needed to reserve an appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged a share or all of the scheduled service. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened, rescheduled or adjusted. eGift cards are available in set amounts or a custom amount.

Tatyana listens to each client's goals, evaluates the hair, and builds a personal plan around the hair, the client's lifestyle and how much maintenance they want between visits.
