Every visit begins with a consultation to talk through the client's hair goals and lifestyle, so the chosen techniques suit how they actually wear their hair.
Several memberships are offered for clients who want regular upkeep.
Appointments are required and are available 9 AM to 7 PM daily. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations require a non-refundable deposit before the next booking, and a no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled service, with a non-refundable deposit needed to rebook. Clients who repeatedly miss or cancel may be declined future bookings.
Each appointment starts with a consultation to confirm the client's hair goals and that the techniques chosen fit their lifestyle. The salon says it uses high-quality products and techniques meant to protect hair integrity while delivering results.
