Every service starts with a consultation, and the salon tailors each visit to the client's lifestyle and goals. Color clients are asked to book a free 30-minute color consultation with a test strand before their first color service, and new clients who want to switch stylists or be fitted for extensions can book a free extension consultation.

The menu covers keratin and Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments, all-over and partial color, balayage, bleach and toning, color correction, tape-in and weft extensions, precision and children's haircuts, updos and prom styling, braids, and makeup application. Makeup artist Tanya Rebollar is available by request for bridal and special events, working alongside the salon.

The space is kid friendly, walk-ins are accepted, and parking is free. Beer and wine are offered, and WiFi is available. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full scheduled total. The salon accepts American Express, cash, debit cards, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.

Every service begins with a consultation so the appointment can be customized to the client's lifestyle and goals.
