Every visit begins with a consultation covering lifestyle, daily habits, how much maintenance a client can manage at home, and occupation. Stylists use that conversation to recommend a style and the products that suit it.

Services fall into three groups. Natural hair care covers blowouts, silk presses, cuts, updos, conditioning treatments, and bridal styling. Hair extension work includes traditional and versatile sew-ins, beaded wefts, microlinks, braidless microlink sew-ins, ITip and tape-in extensions, with KTip extensions listed as coming soon. Chemical services include Brazilian blowouts, gloss treatments, curly and root perms, relaxers and retouches, permanent color, and texturizing.

The salon also teaches. One-on-one classes for licensed or soon-to-be licensed cosmetologists run about eight hours at the student's own pace, beginning on a mannequin before moving to a live model, and cover silk press, cutting, and microlink installation.
