Suites come as single or double rooms, with sink and storage choices. Tenants can customize the décor, furniture, music and ambiance of their space, set their own prices for services and retail products, and access their suite on their own schedule. Utilities and facilities are included, which the business says keeps overhead predictable. Suite pricing is shared during a scheduled tour. One North Dallas suite was listed at $850 per month or $130 per week.

The salon's lash menu includes Signature Full Sets for $180 (about 2 hours), customizable to natural lashes as classic or hybrid, and Textured Volume Full Sets for $200 (about 2 hours), in volume or mega volume. Fills are priced by how long it has been since the last appointment, from $85 to $125, and a $20 Eyelash Fill fee applies when three or more weeks have passed. Foreign Eyelash Fills for $150 remove outgrown lashes and replace them. Ombré Touch Ups are $200, lash removal is $40 and takes 45 minutes, and a shampoo service for extensions is $20 and takes 15 minutes, with clients arriving makeup-free around the eyes. Color can be added to a full set or fill for $15.

The LBL Beauty Academy offers continuing education for suite tenants and lash training, including a 5-hour Volume and Mega Volume course for $575, a Beginner Lash course for $650, and a 320-hour Specialty Lash License course for $4,000. The business also developed The LBL Beauty Collection product line. Its work centers on education, mentorship and community for beauty professionals.
