Haircuts range from a child's cut for clients under 16 to a dry cut or a cut with a relaxing shampoo and conditioner, available for men or women. Blow-outs and a party or formal styling service for special events are also offered. Haircolor options include global color, retouches of new growth, full and partial dimensional color, INOA ammonia-free color and balayage or specialty color, which is freehand painted highlighting that softens toward the ends. Corrective color is booked after a consultation. The salon uses L'Oreal Professionnel permanent and demi-permanent color, and haircolor and keratin smoothing prices include styling.

Keratin smoothing reduces and relaxes curl, is formaldehyde free and is stated to last up to 16 weeks. Clients receive a Simply Smooth keratin home maintenance kit with the service. Waxing for the face, body and bikini areas uses Azulene wax throughout.

Skin care services use European skin care products, including a lunch facial, a European signature facial with eye therapy and a Clean Sweep facial aimed at breakouts and excess oil. Facials begin with a skin analysis and move through cleansing, massage, steam and extraction, exfoliation, a mask, toner and moisturizer. Oxygen therapy can be added to any facial. Glycolic peels and microdermabrasion are available, and the salon notes that microdermabrasion is not suitable for all skin types. Brow and lash tinting, which lasts about a month, is also offered.
