The salon's philosophy centers on scalp care as the foundation for healthy hair and overall wellness. The atmosphere is intended to be spa-like and relaxing.

The head spa menu ranges from a 45-minute HydraFacial Crown Glow at $325 to a 120-minute HydraFacial Royal Crest at $475, which requires a $300 deposit. The Keravive service, which the salon lists as its highest-level head spa treatment, moves through three steps: Purify, which uses light suction and a gentle exfoliating tip, Nourish, which applies hydration with peptide and growth factor ingredients, and Boost, which includes a peptide-rich spray to take home. Keravive also includes the Head Spa Delight experience and red light therapy, and the salon describes its technology as patented HydraFacial technology. Other head spa options include Noble Crown Head Spa, about an hour with dry and wet setup stages, and Majestic Cranial Head Spa, which includes hand massage, percussive therapy and scalp detox steps. Imperial HairSpa is $399 and takes 120 minutes, and Royal Revival is $299 and takes 90 minutes; blow-dry is not included in either. Hair services cover color, including custom dimensional color, partial and full highlights, color melt, grey blending and halo color, plus haircuts, texture services such as Brazilian Blowout treatments, styling and Halo Couture extensions. Men's Haircut and Women's Cut are for existing clients only, and separate New Client versions are listed. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients with chronic health or scalp conditions are advised to consult a medical provider before treatments. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8am to 6pm, Wednesday from 12pm to 8pm, and closed Sundays.
