Tracy Wells

Tracy Wells founded The Lathered Crown, which she owns, and works there as a senior master stylist focused on style, color and texturing. Before setting up her own private salon suite, she spent nine years in the Senior Master Stylist role at Mane Attraction Salon in Phoenix, Arizona. Clients are treated like family.

She was mentored and apprenticed under Kendall Ong and Beate Ong at Mane Attraction Salon, where she built advanced skills in cutting and coloring. Through the salon's partnership with Bumble and Bumble, she started with foundational courses, including razor training. She later moved into Mane Attraction's management team and wrote modules for the salon's in-house Mastery Apprenticeship Program. In 2018 she was selected as Bumble and Bumble's Brand Ambassador for the Southwest Territory. She has also styled backstage at Fashion Week events.

Her training has taken her all over the world. She studied in New York in 2015, and more recently completed training with Wella Color Professionals in Berlin and with Vidal Sassoon in Hamburg, Germany. She regards continuing education as central to her work, and testimonials describe her staying current through classes on new trends, products and techniques.
