A visit starts with a consultation, where a custom lash design is planned before any extensions are applied. Stylists examine the density, strength and length of each client's natural lashes, then choose extension lengths and thicknesses to suit them. A first full set typically takes two to three hours, and a lash fill usually takes about 45 minutes. The company describes its salons as relaxing and luxurious.

Extensions are offered in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles. Classic places one extension on each natural lash, volume fans two to six onto each lash, mega volume fans seven to twenty, and hybrid mixes classic and volume along the lash line. Purple Light LED-cured extensions are available at some salons; the company says they can last longer with fewer refills and suit guests sensitive to traditional extension glue. Lash fills are recommended about every two weeks, since about 20% of natural lashes are lost in that time, and the company advises against removing extensions at home.
