About

The Lash Lounge is a franchise that has offered eyelash services since 2004. Anna Phillips is listed as its founder and chief innovation officer, and the company describes her as an industry pioneer. The company says it has served 92,000 guests and employs 1,200 stylists across its locations, which are listed on a salon finder on its website.

A visit starts with a consultation with a stylist, who checks the density, strength and length of your natural lashes before choosing extension lengths and thicknesses. Each design is customized to the guest, and clients can change their look at every refill. A first full set usually takes two to three hours, and a fill takes about 45 minutes.

Extensions are made from a synthetic material and go through a double heat-roll process for curl, in a softer C curl or a tighter D curl. Application can be classic, volume, hybrid or mega volume. The company says it was the first lash salon franchise to offer LED-cured extensions, sold as Purple Light, though availability depends on the salon. It declines extension work that could damage natural lashes and says it follows health and safety standards.

Beyond extensions, the salons offer lash lifts, tinting for lashes and brows, and eyebrow threading, which can be added to any lash service. Membership plans include discounted refills and discounts on other services and products. The company lists its core values as professionalism, appreciation, service orientation, servant leadership, integrity, ownership and a never-give-up attitude.

Every guest has a consultation, and each lash design is tailored to them. The company recommends a fill about every two weeks, since it says natural lashes shed roughly a fifth of their extensions in that time.

The salons are described as relaxing and upscale.
