On the lift and tint side, clients can choose a traditional lash lift or a Korean lash lift, with or without tint, or a lash tint on its own. Brow work includes shaping by thread or by wax and tweezing, a standard brow tint, a hybrid brow tint that also colors the skin beneath the brow hairs, and brow lamination, a keratin-based treatment that sets the brows and includes a tint. Several brow and lash pairings are priced as combinations.

A visit starts with a consultation in which the lash technician talks through eye shape, the desired style, lash type, curl and thickness before any work begins. Services are done with the client reclined in a treatment bed, and many clients listen to music or a podcast. Appointment lengths vary: a full lash extension set runs up to about 90 minutes, a refill about 30 minutes, a full LED set 60 to 90 minutes, and a lash lift or brow lift about an hour. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early.

Upkeep is part of the plan. Refills or touch-ups are recommended every two to three weeks for extensions, which the salon says can last three to five weeks with proper care. Lash lifts can last six to eight weeks and brow lifts three to five weeks. Extensions should be removed only by a professional at the studio, and aftercare products are sold in the studio. Extensions applied by another salon must be professionally removed before a new set, which is a separate service with an extra fee. The salon states that it follows strict sanitation protocols for every service.

Each lash service begins with a consultation on eye shape, style, lash type, curl and thickness. The salon does not limit a set by counting individual extensions and applies as many as the desired look needs.

Clients recline in plush treatment beds during services, often with music or a podcast playing.
