Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume sets. A classic set with a natural look uses 70 to 80 pieces per eye, and a full look uses 90 to 100. Hybrid and volume sets range from the Lovely Look at 120 to 150 pieces per eye, to the Glamourous Look at 160 to 180, to the Volume Look at 200 to 230 pieces per eyelash. Styles offered include natural, open eye, cat eye and doll eye looks. Extensions are made from cashmere flat lashes using mink hair, premium feather lashes, and volume fans applied as 3D, 4D or 5D. Technicians tailor each session to the client's features and preferences, and a full new application takes about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes.

Refills are recommended roughly every two to three weeks. If more than 22 days have passed since the last appointment, the remaining extensions are removed and a new full set is applied. Between visits, clients are asked to avoid moisture and heat for the first 48 hours, avoid sleeping face-down, and skip mascara, curlers, and perms or tints on the lashes. Clients should not remove extensions at home; a professional removes them with a special solvent, and lash removal is offered for both classic and volume sets.

The lash lift and tint menu covers a lash lift, a keratin-treatment lash lift priced at $59, lash or brow lamination, lash or brow tint, and two combos. A lash lift is a perm followed by a neutralizer, sometimes with a nourishing oil. It takes about an hour, with lashes set for about 10 to 15 minutes, and typically lasts six to eight weeks, with clients usually returning around the eight-week mark. Lash tint is a dye that darkens and thickens lashes for a fuller look, similar to mascara.

Nail services include classic and gel color manicures, gel powder manicures and extensions, ultra-gel extensions and refills, callus treatment, polish changes, single nail replacement, and nail removal for powder, gel tip, UV gel or acrylic. Pedicure options include a Mini Spa Pedicure with a 3-minute massage and a Restorative Spa Pedicure with a 20-minute massage. Same-day phone reservations receive 10% off, which cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
