The Lash Insider

The Lash Insider describes itself as Denver's lash and beauty studio. Its stated mission is to provide professional lash services, products and education, and its stated vision is to be a go-to destination for lash artistry, lash education, supplies and inspiration. The studio lists customer commitment, integrity and quality as its values.

TLI CO-OP was set up to give beauty professionals an affordable place to build their own businesses. Members are independent business owners rather than employees of The Lash Insider. Each member sets their own pricing, booking and client policies, so questions about a specific service or appointment go to the professional who performs it.

Lash extensions are synthetic lashes applied one lash or one fan at a time with a semi-permanent adhesive. Styles are chosen by type (classics, hybrids, volumes or mega volumes), by look (such as cat eye or doll eye), and by customization such as length, curl, wispy or color. Listed full-set prices run from $160 for classics to $250 for mega volumes, with wetlook and hybrid sets at $185 and volumes at $225. Two- to three-week fills are priced lower, from $80 for classics to $120 for mega volumes. A non-refundable booking fee is required for full sets and fills and is deducted from the service cost. Fills are only available up to 21 days after the last lash appointment and need at least 40 percent of the extensions still in place; later visits require a full set. Lash lift and tint is listed at $80, and extension removal at $20.

The studio also offers education. Courses listed include Intro to Lash Extensions and Classic Lash Training, a two-day course at $650; TLI Volume Lash Extension Training, a one-day course at $750 that requires knowing how to apply classic lashes; and TLI's Blueprint to Advanced Styling, a one-day hands-on course at $400 that requires classics and volumes using handmade fans. A TLI Certification course and general TLI Lash Training are also listed. The studio supports new lash artists through their first 30 to 45 days after certification, including supervised sets and vendor resources. Registration fees for lash training are not refundable.

Clients can earn Insider Points through the loyalty program: 10 points when booking and one point for each dollar spent in the shop. Fifty points gives $5 off any service, and 100 points gives 10 percent off store products. All product sales are final, and products that have left the salon cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene reasons. Store pickup hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
