Jayda Martin is the owner and CEO of The Lash Insider and founded TLI CO-OP to give beauty professionals an affordable space to build their own businesses. She holds a license as an esthetician and carries the titles Master Lash Artist and Lash Extension Educator. Through TLI she teaches lash extension training courses, and she was trained and mentored by industry professionals.
