Each visit starts with understanding what the client needs, and treatments are built around that individual rather than a fixed routine. Two consultations are complimentary: a 15-minute skin consultation that includes a skin type assessment and a routine recommendation, and a 10-minute lash consultation to talk through whether extensions suit the client.

The menu covers classic, hybrid, volume and themed lash sets with fills, a Korean lash lift that works on natural lashes without extensions, lash lifts and tints, and brow shaping, brow tint and brow lamination with a complimentary brow clean-up. Facials run from a 30-minute quickie to an 80-minute signature treatment, and include dermaplaning, enzyme and acne-focused options, microdermabrasion and back facials. The signature facial uses Dermalogica professional-grade products and includes hand, arm and decollete massage. Waxing covers the chin, lip, sides of the face, underarms and full face, and jewelry add-ons are priced from $25 for a ring up to $75 for a necklace.

Packages bundle services at set prices, and existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking. Lash and facial parties are offered for groups of four or more, with snacks and drinks included in the facial party options and party favors in the deluxe version. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Hours are Monday 9 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 1 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM, with Saturdays closed. Cancellations or reschedules at least 24 hours ahead are not charged. Cancelling later without rescheduling is charged 50% of the appointment price, and no-shows, no-calls and same-day cancellations are charged the full service price. There are no refunds, and gift card sales are final. Children, babies and extra guests are not allowed in the treatment room unless they are also receiving a service, and a sitting area is available outside the room.

Treatments are tailored to each client's needs, with a routine built around the individual rather than a set menu.
