Lash extensions are the core of the menu. The sets use individual silk fiber lashes made of sanitized synthetic hair, most often in black or brown, glued to natural lashes with an FDA approved adhesive. The spa says the extensions are waterproof and safe for contact lens wearers, and bottom lashes can be done on request. Styles run from Bambi and Heartbreaker, a hybrid of volume and classic extensions, to Primadonna, the most voluminous style offered, and Mega Volume sets built from handmade fans of five or more extensions each, which take up to three hours. The spa says it aims to understand each client's personal style. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and fills are priced for up to three weeks, with longer gaps needing full set pricing.

Beyond extensions, the spa offers lash tinting, a nourishing lash lift finished with a Lash Botox sealer as an alternative to extensions, and a lash bath add-on. Brow services include tinting, staining, staining with waxing and shaping, and lamination. Waxing is offered to women and men, using hard and soft wax on areas from the upper lip to the full face.

Clients can book online through the spa's website or through Fresha, and a credit card is needed to hold a booking. Reminders go out 48 hours ahead by text and email. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the service, and no-shows are charged the full service. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early with makeup-free eyes, and a five-minute grace period applies to late arrivals.
