The lash menu covers classic, hybrid or light volume, and volume sets. Visits are priced as quick fills, one week, two week or three-plus week fills, or full sets, and keratin lash lifts are also offered. Quick fills take about an hour and include a lash bath, primer, application and sealant. Clients sign a liability waiver for lash extensions, lash lifts and brow laminations.

Brow services include waxing, tinting, lamination and clean up, which can be booked separately or combined into a single 3-in-1 appointment. Face waxing covers areas such as the chin, upper lip, hairline, sideburns, cheeks and brows, as well as the full face.

Education is the other half of the business. In-person courses cover beginner classic application, advanced volume application, or both in a five-day combined program. Each in-person course runs two six-hour days, starting with mannequin practice and moving to live-model practice. Meals, snacks and drinks are included, and students keep a lash kit the business values at $500 and receive a printed, framed certificate. Online courses are fully online and self-paced. Booking and payment: first-time clients pay the full appointment cost online when booking, and other clients can pay online or in cash on the day. No deposit is required and Venmo and CashApp are not accepted. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead avoid fees, while later cancellations and no-shows add a fee to the next booking. Clients must confirm by text 24 hours ahead, and a 20-minute grace period applies to late arrivals who notify the business.
