The studio describes its treatments as high-quality and trend-forward, and says it uses products from leading global beauty brands. The facial menu ranges from a customized signature facial to named treatments aimed at specific skin needs, such as sensitive, oily, dehydrated or mature skin. The longest option, Soul Glow, combines exfoliation, customized masks, hydration and facial massage.

Brow and lash services run alongside the facials. Brow options include shaping, tinting and lamination, with a shorter maintenance visit booked a few weeks after lamination. Lash services include a glueless Korean lash lift, an upgraded version of it, a bottom lash lift and bottom lash tint. Lash extension removal can be added to a Korean lash lift.

Booking works service by service: each person books their own appointment, and the studio does not take double bookings. Packages can be booked through the services page, and package credits apply automatically at checkout. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Appointments that are not confirmed by the requested time may be cancelled or released to other clients. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, and arrivals later than that count as no-shows. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are charged the full service price.
