Across those locations the salon has more than 50 stylists.

The salon calls itself a luxury hair salon and hair extension line. Its own NTF extensions are made from 100% human hair in a range of lengths, textures and colors, and the online shop lists them from $97.00. Clients who are considering extensions start with a free consultation to see whether extensions suit them, then book installation, then return for move-up appointments, which the salon recommends every six to eight weeks with an NTF stylist.

Haircut services include bobs, layered cuts, bangs and trims. Color work covers balayage, highlights, lowlights and toner, and styling includes blowouts as well as wedding and prom styling. Brow services include tinting, shaping and lamination. Lash extensions are offered, and the salon states that it has multiple licensed lash artists. Waxing is available for removing unwanted hair.

Facials include Hydrafacials and customized skincare treatments performed by estheticians. One location is described as an aesthetics space that offers mini tattoos, lash extensions, brow lamination and waxing. The Hayward salon offers color, cut, styling, hair extensions and makeup. Bookings are made through the online Book Appointment button, and the salon also produces a podcast called Salon After Hours.

Extensions follow a set sequence: a free consultation, then installation, then regular move-up visits with an NTF stylist.
