Facials range from a quick express treatment to deluxe sessions that include a 50-minute facial, a neck and decollete treatment and an enhancement, with add-ons such as extractions, LED light and diamond microdermabrasion. HydraDermabrasion comes in several tiers, from a 35-minute express session to a platinum version with two enhancements, and includes a neck and decollete facial. The spa recommends one HydraDermabrasion session a month for fine lines, wrinkles, brown spots, and oily or congested skin. A 60-minute Needle-less Collagen Treatment uses a machine to deliver a collagen blend mixed with hyaluronic acid, and is usually booked as a series.

For waxing, the spa uses fresh linens and towels for each client and disinfects treatment rooms between clients. Brazilian waxing is done with hard wax over a protective oil barrier. Hair should be under half an inch before a bikini or Brazilian wax, and the spa will trim it if needed. Ingrown hair removal and necessary tweezing are included at no extra charge. First-time bikini and Brazilian clients may pay a shaping fee of $10 or more. Gratuity is added to waxing over $100, and to men's intimate waxing.

Massage is offered through Neighborhood Wellness Center, a division of the spa. Styles include Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, cupping and shiatsu, and a custom 50-minute session lets the therapist choose the combination of styles. Prenatal massage is adapted from Swedish massage for clients during or after pregnancy. According to the salon, Opencare.com recognizes Neighborhood Wellness Center among the top massage therapy practices in San Leandro. The spa is a member of Associated Skin Care Professionals and also sells skin care products.
