Pricing follows a stylist level system, so the same service can cost differently depending on the stylist's level and experience. New clients can book a free consultation to talk through their hair history, current concerns, goals, lifestyle and maintenance preferences. The consultation includes timing and pricing expectations, and there is no obligation to book on the spot. The team matches each client with a stylist whose experience fits their stated needs, and personalized quotes are given at that visit. Associate stylists welcome hair models on their opportunity days, and the salon accepts assistant stylists into its training program.

Hair extensions are made from 100% human hair and are offered through hand-tied wefts by Amplify, Hotheads tape-ins, tape-in row hybrids, clip-ins, tinsel, feathers and fairy hair. Weft extensions use a hidden beaded row. Every extension installation begins with a free consultation. Tape-ins are usually removed and reapplied every six to eight weeks and can be reapplied up to three times.

The color team says it pursues advanced education and keeps up with current color techniques and trends. Blonde lightening may take several visits, and extreme lightening is handled as a color correction. Major color changes, corrections, vivid colors and extensive blonding usually begin with a consultation.

The salon also offers texture services including perms, Original and Mini Brazilian Blowouts, and the Sweet The First smoothing treatment, which the salon describes as a Brazilian amino-acid based treatment that softens frizz. Barber-style grooming covers beard shaping, clipper cuts, taper and mid fades, clean-up shaves and hot towel shaves. Wedding hair and makeup is done only in the salon, and bridal trials are recommended before the wedding day.
