Each set is applied strand by strand with a non-irritating glue, using semi-permanent synthetic, faux mink or silk fibers. The studio combines synthetic and mink lashes to achieve a full look that still reads as natural, and says it uses reputable, reliable brand tools and products.

Styles run from a subtle, beginner-friendly classic set with one extension per natural lash, to hybrid sets that mix classic extensions with volume fans, to mega volume sets that place 7 to 20 lightweight extensions on each natural lash. Wispy sets use handmade fans with alternating lengths for a strip-lash look. A full set usually takes about 90 to 150 minutes, depending on the design.

Appointments are quiet, and clients are encouraged to rest or nap during application. Refills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks. Aftercare covers not rubbing or pulling the extensions, avoiding curling, mascara, perms, tints and oil-based products near the eye, brushing daily, and cleansing with a foam cleanser each day. Clients are also advised to sleep on their back or side.

Studio hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM; the studio is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. After-hour appointments carry a $45 fee and squeeze-in appointments a $20 fee, and requests outside studio hours must be confirmed by the studio. Clients must be at least 16, and minors need parental consent.

Each client receives a custom set, with lash length, curl and density chosen to suit their natural lashes and eye shape.
