The menu is organized around extensions, lifts, maintenance fills and removal. Full sets come in black, brown and select warm or cool accent shades. Mega volume and extreme density styles are not offered. A new client introductory full set is available to first-time extension clients, and returning clients book fills within set time windows after their last visit: 10 days for a mini fill, 16 days for a 2 week fill and 23 days for a 3 week fill. Maintenance fills include black, brown and select muted accent shades.

The Korean lash lift is a separate service that curls the natural lashes without extensions, with the curl lasting roughly 6 to 8 weeks. It can be booked with a tint. Professional lash removal is available for those leaving extensions behind.

Appointments are by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted. The studio is open Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Sundays. Appointments starting at 6:00 PM or later carry a $30 after-hours fee that applies to all services. Services require a deposit that varies by service, with the full set deposit at $80. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; a late cancellation is charged 50% of the service to the card on file, and without a card on file full payment is required before rescheduling. Pre-paid services are not refundable.

Lash model sessions are for people the studio personally selects for content creation and are not open to general booking.
