The clinic is open Monday 10am to 7pm, Tuesday 9am to 7pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 5pm, and Friday and Saturday 9am to 3pm, and it is closed on Sundays. Medical director Dr. Channa Blakely oversees medical procedures. Consultations can be held in person for $25 or virtually by phone, FaceTime, WhatsApp video or Zoom, starting at $25. Liquid BBL and BBL procedures require a previous consultation.

Tox and the neurotoxin happy hour require a booking fee, and the final quote is given in office based on the number of units needed. Appointments are cancelled if the booking fee has not been paid. Payments are final once a procedure has been performed, and additional treatments or adjustments may cost extra. Rescheduling more than twice requires a non-refundable $50 fee, and the clinic may refuse future services for noncompliance with its policies, rudeness to staff, or being unresponsive about appointments. The clinic notes that cosmetic results can vary.

Liquid BBL is a non-surgical buttock enhancement using hyaluronic acid filler. The target areas are marked, local anesthetic is applied, and then the filler is injected. The procedure may last two to four hours depending on how much filler is used, and several sessions may be needed to address hip dips. Swelling, bruising and soreness are expected and should resolve within a few days. Clients are advised to wear loose clothing, avoid direct sunlight, stay hydrated and avoid strenuous activity. Lip filler is priced at $650, and the clinic recommends three to nine sessions for best results. The result is judged only after the touch-up appointment, since asymmetry may change over the first month. Arnica-based gel is suggested for bruising after lip filler.

The clinic also teaches injectable courses. A group Neurotoxin Course costs $700 and a Lip Filler Course costs $800, with a Spanish-language version at $1,000. A Lip Filler and Neurotoxin Mentorship for students costs $500 and includes six to eight hours of private hands-on training. Training is not licensed, does not count toward state license program hours, and no license is issued on completion. In Texas, trainees still need a medical director to work under and a nurse practitioner to clear their cases.
