The studio is at 1053 Grand Ave, on the lower level of the Oxford Square strip mall. Enter through the single door between Caribou and Allure, take the stairs down, and turn left to the first suite. Parking is free on the street and in the strip mall lot, and a free heated underground ramp sits behind CVS across the street.

Inside, the suite has two beds set side by side, seating for guests and children, and magazines to read. Clean sheets are provided, and the suite is professionally cleaned once a week. Clients are asked to bring photos for inspiration and to arrive without eye makeup on.

Services fall into classic, hybrid and volume extensions, plus removal. A classic set places one extension on each natural lash, while a hybrid set mixes single extensions with volume fans. The extension process takes about an hour and fifteen minutes, with an eye pad placed on the lower lashes. New clients coming from another lash studio have their own refill rate, and new clients pay a flat rate for removal unless they book a classic set.

Appointments can be arranged at times not shown online, and clients are encouraged to text rather than call. A client who arrives 15 minutes late may have the appointment cancelled and be charged, and a card on file may be charged for no-shows. Classic 2 Week refills need at least half of the extensions still on, and Classic 3+ Week refills need at least a fifth still on. The studio is open Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and closed Sunday.

Extensions are synthetic mink rather than real mink, bonded with a medical-grade adhesive, and the studio uses three different lash extension brands on all clients. Extension breaks every 8 to 12 months are recommended to let natural lashes recover. Aftercare advice covers brushing and cleaning the lashes, using less eye makeup, not picking at them, and avoiding sleeping on the face.
