A basic install with a middle part, deep side part or flip-over styling is offered as a special, while a fuller install with a frontal or closure is priced higher. Glue-in options include bundle deals, including a four-bundle package in 18, 22, 24 and 26 inch lengths with basic styling, and the Bestie Deal, which lets friends or family book wig styles together in one time slot.

The studio can also supply bundles and frontals for an added cost, but these need advance notice because they are pre-ordered from its vendor. Locs styles include hair in the price, and bob-length knots and boho hair can be added to services for $25 each.

Several requirements apply before a visit. Wigs and frontals or closures must be dropped off three to five days ahead, and some services need a set number of braids to the back, based on hair texture or density. Bob-length wigs are not accepted for the install services listed on the site. Wigs are non-refundable, and locs deposits are not returned.

Crochet hair appointments take about 30 minutes. Clients bring their chosen crochet hair, or the studio can provide it for an additional cost, and hair should arrive washed and blow-dried with no product.

Locs styles with hair included are a five-hour appointment priced at $210. Locs come in black, with a Pacific color available on request in advance, and hair must be freshly washed, blow-dried and free of tangles and debris.
