The studio says its aim is to help each client arrive at their ideal image, with brow shaping as a central part of the menu. It is a dedicated studio in Norman rather than a full-service salon, so the menu stays focused on brows, lashes and waxing.

Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment. If someone comes in late, the visit may be shortened, but the full price is still charged. Rescheduling or cancelling needs 12 hours' notice; later changes carry a fee of half the service price, and a no-show is charged the full price. Simply not confirming an appointment does not count as cancelling it. Anyone with a contagious illness in the household is asked to contact the studio to reschedule. The studio is open Wednesday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday.

Brow appointments range from a simple map and tweeze or wax, which includes cleansing and exfoliating, to combinations that add tinting or staining. Brow lamination chemically lifts and smooths the hairs and is designed to last up to 8 weeks, and it can be paired with waxing or tweezing plus tint or stain. Tint lasts up to 4 weeks on the brow hair, while stain lasts on the skin for up to 10 days and colors the brow hair for up to 6 weeks. Clients using retinol, accutane, tretinoin or other products that make waxing unsuitable can ask for a tweezing option.

Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, from a chin or lip wax to full legs, full arms, underarms, booty, bikini and full Brazilian services. New clients booking a full Brazilian receive a complimentary first-time aftercare kit, and repeat clients can buy one. Lash services include a lash tint, a lash lift, or a lift with tint.

The studio builds each visit around a look suited to the individual client, using brow mapping and a choice of wax, tweeze, tint or stain.
