The team holds advanced training in trauma-informed care, pathology, anatomy and physiology, and in working with LGBTQIA+ and nonbinary clients. Visits begin with a detailed intake. Many services can be done fully clothed, and clients undress only as far as they are comfortable and the treatment calls for, with professional draping and privacy. Practitioners can adjust positioning and technique, and lighting, music, pressure and communication can be changed to suit sensory needs. A practitioner may end a session at once without refund if they feel a client has been inappropriate, has crossed boundaries or presents a safety risk.

Oodelah offers manual therapy and skin care for people with diagnosed or suspected Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and hypermobile spectrum disorders. A formal diagnosis is not required for care tailored to EDS symptoms, and with a client's permission, treatment notes can be shared with the client's healthcare team. No-touch sessions in a zero gravity chair are also offered, and red light, infrared light and breathwork can be added to massage and no-touch sessions.

Ongoing care is available through memberships with monthly sessions of 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, which include 10% off retail and additional services, upgrade perks and members-only specials. Facial and massage packages start at $170 and run for 3, 6 or 9 months, and massage packages can be paid with HSA or FSA funds. Booking requires a card on file, which is charged only for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. Gift cards are available.

Oodelah aims to make self-care easy to reach and welcoming for everyone, and builds each session around the individual client rather than a fixed routine.

Rooms are low odor and scent-free, with an electric lift table in every treatment room and sensory settings that can be adjusted.
