About
Caelie Winchester co-owns Oodelah, where she works as a licensed massage therapist and leads the massage team. She is also one of the founders. Her specialties include orthopedic massage, prenatal massage, myofascial release, TMJD support and EDS pain management. She provides manual therapy for EDS, hEDS, HSD and connective tissue disorders, and has advanced training in supportive manual therapy for chronic health conditions, including those. Clients without an official EDS diagnosis who need care adjusted to EDS symptoms are welcome. After a session she can write up treatment notes and recommendations for a client's wider care team, and can share contacts for local health professionals who know EDS, HSD and CTD. Clients are treated as authorities on their own bodies, with their reports of pain taken seriously.
- Approach
- Each session is shaped around the individual client. The aim is calm, gradual rebalancing, settling the autonomic nervous system, and addressing the body as a unified whole.
- Training
- Advanced training in manual therapy for chronic conditions including EDS and connective tissue disorders; Licensed massage therapist
