Merlyn Zientowski founded the studio and works there as owner, esthetician and makeup artist. She began by studying journalism and broadcasting at the University of Oklahoma before moving into aesthetics, and the site says she has worked as an esthetician for over 19 years and has run Aura for more than eight years.

The studio offers facials across a range of menus, from basic treatments to longer, more advanced sessions, and a complimentary consultation is available to help guests choose one. Other offerings include waxing for the face and body, brow shaping and lamination, lash extensions and lifts, event makeup, rapid spray tans, chemical peels, and body firming with Emsculpt NEO. Appointments can be made Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 19:00, on Friday from 10:00 to 18:00, and on Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00. The studio's resident spa dog, Penelope, welcomes visitors.
