The salon's stylists work on a level system. Higher levels carry a small price increase that reflects time demand, skill, experience and education, and guests choose the level that fits their needs and budget. Newer stylists join an associate program in which they work alongside a trainer while building their own clientele. The business says it offers staff full-time front desk support, continuing education, one-on-one coaching, help with business development and marketing, and flexible scheduling, and it describes its training as consistent and in-depth from hiring onward. It also states that it recommends all of its stylists regardless of price.

Prices start at $29 for a clipper or dry cut and $35 for a classic cut and style in Oklahoma City, with a designer cut and style from $45. In Norman, a barber cut starts at $28 and a cut and style at $42. Color in Oklahoma City starts at $78 for a single process, $81 for partial foil, $101 for full foil, $131 for balayage and $151 for a specialty color. In Norman, color starts at $62 for a single process, $87 for partial foil, $102 for full foil, $146 for partial balayage and $161 for full balayage. Hair treatments start at $15 to $35 depending on the level, and full perms start at $101 in Oklahoma City and $102 in Norman.

Hair extension services include a consultation for $25, which is refundable, with installs from $100, bump-ups from $35 and removal or matting and extra maintenance from $50. Smoothing options include a Keratin Express treatment from $150 and a Keratin or Brazilian Blowout from $300. Facial waxing starts at $10 for the nose and $49 for the full face. In Oklahoma City, lash lifts start at $75 and lash tints at $30, and brow tints, henna tints and brow lamination start at $25, $35 and $75.

Wedding services cover bridal hair and bridal party hair, both in the salon and on location, along with child attendant hair and bridal and formal makeup. In Oklahoma City, in-salon wedding hair starts at $40 for a child attendant, $80 for a bridal party and $95 for the bride, and on-location wedding hair starts at $60, $120 and $143. Makeup starts at $65 for formal makeup and $98 for bridal makeup.
